The movie “L’ex de ma vie” directed by Dorothée Sebbagh released today in theaters.
In this romantic comedy, the actress Geraldine Nakache is Ariane, concert violinist performing violin concerto by Mendelssohn and L’introduction et Rondo Capriccioso by Saint-Saëns.
Rehearsals scenes and the concert were performed and recorded by the Paris Symphonic Orchestra conducted by Gisèle Gérard-Tolini with soloist Hugues Borsarello.
Ariane, a young French violinist, accepts the marriage proposal of inflamed Christen, an irresistible conductor.
Only problem: she is still a little bit … married!
Separated for two years Nino, an Italian teacher, she manages to convince him to follow her to Paris for divorce in 8 days.
But their trip in the city of love looks much more eventful than expected …
